GRRR Halloween party

What a party we had today (Sunday). It was the GRRR annual Halloween costume party, ball fetch party, and snack fest. I met a lot of my old friends that I have not seen for a long time, and I made lots of new friends. I am very tired from chasing all of the tennis balls and playing with the other dogs. Humans kept throwing tennis balls out into the field, several of us would run, grab them and bring them back. But before we could return them, they would throw more. We would have to drop the ones we had and race back to get the new ones. This went on and on, they must have brought a thousand tennis balls. I will write more later after I have my nap. In the meantime, here are a few of the pictures from the costume party to keep you interested until I can blog some more. The picture below shows Santa with his two Reindogs, Bella and I. As you can clearly see, Reindogs are not a myth.

  2. Heya Mogley,
Looks like you and Bella had a good time at the party. that's not a very plump Santa that you have; you can do better. Maybe he'll fatten up before Christmas. Cool costumes; and don't worry, we expect that you reindogs will be bounding through the white stuff soon enough. Back here in Bumpass we all feel like RAINdogs. A lot of inside time the last two days, YUCK. Our Dad has to do a rescue pick up tomorrow, he hopes it turns out to be a foster situation for a few months. The Golden's human Mom is gonna be going to The Bridge soon from cancer and the Dad can't take care of the Golden right now because of all the things he has to do so he wants to put the pup up for adoption. Our Dad is gonna try to talk to the pup's Dad about having the pup live with us until his situation stabilizes; then the Dad might want to reconsider giving up the pup who is so close to her human Mom. No one is being mean or abusive to the Golden but it's still a very sad situation. Y'all be careful and safe out there.
